About Rachel

Hi! My name is Rachel and I am a recent graduate from the UC, Santa Barbara with a Pharmacology B. S. degree. During my time at school, I was involved in neuropsychology research, completed an Honor's Thesis, served as a Learning Assistant to professors, and volunteered at a local shelter. I am pursuing a career in medicine and currently taking 2 gap years to complete the MCAT and application process. I hold an EMT-Basic license as well as CPR/AED certification through the American Heart Association. I have babysitting experience from high school, but am looking for a more involved role. I believe that my teaching and tutoring experience in college would be of benefit in helping with homework problems whether in STEM or reading comprehension! I pride myself on my timeliness, organization, attention-to-detail, and patience, and would love to help you and your family!
