We feel beyond lucky to have had Rachelle in our lives. From the moment she stepped into our home, it was clear that she genuinely loved our boys and they absolutely adored her in return. Her connection with them was instant, like she had known them forever. She didn’t just watch them, she truly cared for them. From patiently handling tantrums to celebrating their little milestones with pride, Rachelle gave our boys the kind of attention, warmth, and consistency that even some family members couldn’t match. Honestly, there were many times we joked that she took better care of them than the in-laws ever did and we weren’t really joking! Her energy, kindness, and reliability were unmatched. Whether it was creative play, activities outside, or mealtime, she did it all with love and grace. She became a part of our family and her moving was really hard for us. We can’t recommend Rachelle enough. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her. We all miss her daily and she is truly a part of our family forever.
