About Rachel

I am a Registered Nurse that has worked at in pediatrics for 6 years. I recently accepted a part time RN role that will be from 3p-3a. I will be available the other 4-5 days of the week. The schedule is not fixed but is known months in advance once I'm past orientation. I'm good with children and have worked in emergency room, neonatal ICU, pediatric ICU, as well as the floor. I'm CPR certified and have a history of PALS and NRP. I can handle anything thrown at me. I've worked with special needs children and children with complex medical needs such as trachs. Children are our future, to be protected and loved, that is what you can expect of me. I'd describe my personality as kind, dependable, and calm. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I love animals and being outside. My skills include medical knowledge, patient, and present. I used to work on a farm so I'm comfortable with all animals.
