About Rachel

Hi my name is Rachel. My experience goes back well into my own childhood when I was tasked with caring for my disabled sister at a very young age. My younger sister has cerebral palsy and I've grown up caring for her. This instilled in me a caring nature, patience, a unique outlook on life and an appreciation for those around us who have special needs. I am a mother of 3 grown children. I have to brag just a little and say that I've raised some of the greatest kids you could ever ask for. They are smart, happy, loved by all who know them, kind to everyone they meet, involved in their communities. I've been a long term care giver for several families and believe that Constancy Care (mirroring the style of the primary caregivers) is key in keeping a person happy and relaxed while transitioning into their care.
