About Rachel

I'm a recent college graduate of The University of Georgia with a degree in Health Promotion. I have plans to go to Physician Assistant school next year but in the mean time would love to serve as a nanny/au pair for your family! While in school, I nannied for 3 years for a family with 2 girls and a boy. I have spent the past two summers working at a camp for kids with disabilities. I have a passion for music -- I sing and can play basic chords on guitar and simple melodies on piano. I helped lead an a cappella group while in college! I also absolutely love sports! I like to be active and spend time outside. I'm not very good at art, but I do love encouraging kids to be creative! I also enjoy cooking, although I'm still learning. The kids I nannied in college loved making cookies and chocolate covered pretzels so we did that quite often! I have experience working with kids of pretty much all ages. In my past nannying job, I was responsible for pet care, light housework, some yard work, driving, and cooking in addition to childcare. I hope that I can be a good fit for your family!
