About Rachel

Rachel has been watching our kids (girl, 3, and boy, 1) for 16 hours per week for the last 6 months. She is professional, reliable, and exceptionally punctual. With the kids she is warm and patient, and very good with holding boundaries. There is lots of laughter and pretend play. She structures their time together into a routine that allows both kids to learn, play, and thrive in their age appropriate ways; she has definitely taught them skills to play well alongside each other. She follows their lead in play but also adds many little teachable things, for example letters and numbers, new songs and rhymes, artwork and drawing, and many many books. Our kids love her and we are very grateful we found her.
