With over 28 yrs experience I'm dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors, I bring experience and heartfelt commitment to every care interaction. My motivation stems from a deep passion for supporting adults' independence, reinforced by positive experiences in previous care roles and a desire to provide families with reliable support. I strive to understand each person's unique preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I provide respite care, transportation, personal care, and dementia support. I also offer medical management, mobility assistance, and hospice services. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including verbal updates and written reports. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My goal is to bring peace of mind to families, knowing their loved ones are in capable and caring hands, and I look forward to the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life.
