Hello, my name is Rachel. I worked in nursing homes in my late 20s to 30s as a CNA. I worked with dementia and alzheimer's patients. I am no longer certified because I got burnt out. It's a very demanding job but the rewards are equal. I love working with older people, I'm like a sponge I soak up all their wisdom and love to hear their stories. Both my parents recently passed away, I took care of both of them until the end. I understand that families must still work and care for their own children when one of their loved ones is sick. My parents were very independent and perfer someone eles to help them with daily living activities until they became ill. I look forward to meeting new people and offering my services.

Rachel was a godsend for my father when he was aging and after brain surgery. She was always there on time to care for my father during the day at a senior housing facility. She not only took good care of his physical health concerns, but was also a warming presence for my dad. We truly miss Rachel and all she did so wonderfully for him!
