About Rahell

Hi! My name is Rachell, and I am a caring, reliable, and patient childcare provider with several years of experience working with children of all ages, including children with special needs. I have worked as a Behavior Technician supporting children ages 2-15, where I implemented individualized behavior plans, engaged children in creative activities, and supported families with consistency and communication. I also worked as an Inclusion Counselor at a summer camp, providing one-on-one care, assisting with mobility and accommodations, managing allergies, and ensuring children felt safe, included, and supported. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, proficient in ASL, and currently work in a healthcare setting, which has strengthened my attention to safety, organization, and teamwork. I truly enjoy helping children grow, learn, and feel confident in a positive and nurturing environment.
