Hello! My name is Raianna, and I bring both professional and personal passion to childcare. My background as a Youth Program Coordinator has given me the ability to plan engaging activities, manage schedules, and create a safe, inclusive environment where children can thrive. I learned how to balance fun with structure, encourage positive behavior, and support each child's individual needs. My experience as a Daycare Teaching Assistant allowed me to work hands-on with young children in a classroom setting, helping with learning activities, supporting social development, and ensuring safety in daily routines. These roles have equipped me with strong communication, patience, and adaptability skills that transfer seamlessly into providing care at home.
