She advocated for my father—especially when the nursing staff fell short—and served as my eyes and ears when I couldn’t be there. Every morning, she updated me with detailed care notes, photos, and a phone call, which gave me immense peace of mind. I will always be grateful for the extraordinary care she provided during the final chapter of my father’s life. I know he was grateful for her too.
