About Raisha

I have extensive experience working with children through my role in a daycare setting, where I support their daily care, learning, and development in a safe and nurturing environment. As a mother of two children, including one teenager, I bring firsthand knowledge of child development across different age groups, strong patience, and effective communication skills. In addition to my childcare experience, I have worked in an agriculture department, where I gained hands-on experience in scientific, environmental, and organizational work. I am bilingual, which allows me to communicate effectively with diverse families and colleagues. Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Environmental Science, as well as a Master of Science in Biotechnology. My combined professional, academic, and personal experiences allow me to bring a well-rounded, responsible, and compassionate approach to my work.
