Its all about money for this lady. She has only 6 months of experience, doesn't know the other skills in taking care of elderly, can't change diapers, doesn't know anything about vitals, can only provide meals, walk around. She was very uptight about her rate even though she didn't have any experience! Not worth the money. I would be training her all day.
