Hi I'm Ransey, and I'm interested in working with your family. I'm passionate about creating and holding safe and nurturing space for others, especially children (inner children included!) I see myself as a village auntie and believe it to be a great honor to support families as they grow. I have experience working with infants in home care settings as well as 7 years of experience working with toddlers through elementary school age. I've worked in different types of child care environments including daycare facilities, after school programs, public and private schools, garden camp and a Montessori school. Ransey was an amazing substitute nanny for our 7 month old and 3.5 year old. She came x4 week for 3 weeks and she was just what we needed! Our preschool aged kid can be challenging but she really worked well with him and was even in good spirits when she was done at the end of the day. We also felt that she was very competent and sweet with the baby. The one thing when you’re looking for with a nanny that’s nerve wracking is common sense, she definitely has it. I would definitely recommend her services. She would be an excellent long term nanny for someone. It’s bitter sweet seeing her go but it was just a short term job.
