When I see children I see society's most valuable treasure! Having raised 4 wonderful kids, I can't stress enough the importance of positive reinforcement, tons of patience and lovingly guiding our youth. Both, educating them at home, as well as in academics, are critically important. I do not know what the "magic formula" for children to succeed is, but what I do know is there's no "one size fits all." Children are individuals, and in my heart I believe if loved and cared for well, in general most children will become good, wholesome adults that contribute positively in their communities.
