Hi! My name is Ra'Shawnda, but I go by Shawnda or Shawn, whichever you feel comfortable with. I started being a caregiver in 2015. I worked in home care, hospitals, assisted living, independent livings and nursing homes. I worked with people who have disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis. I like caring for seniors because I learn a lot from them. They have a lot of knowledge and wisdom. I wished my great grandparents and grandparents were alive to show me things. Since they aren't alive I have other seniors that would remind me of them and it's an awesome feeling! I'm looking for a job that has compassion. Genuine people who care about others. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, take vacations, get my hair done, go to the spa, get a massage, go to the movies, and shop online.
