About Rashell

Assisting with Newborn Care is truly my passion. For the past eight years, I've dedicated myself to providing attentive care and fostering enriching experiences for newborns. I hold a college associates degree and maintain current certification in Newborn Care, Sleep Training and Infant Child and Adult CPR. My approach is patient, calm, creative, agile and friendly. It is my pleasure to assist parents in caring for newborns, getting them through the difficulties and showing them how to apply best practices that are in keeping with the Pediatric Association of America. I assist in helping newborns to meet and exceed developmental milestones, as well as provide the opportunity to boost parents confidence in the daily care of their newborns. I prioritize open communication with parents, following their preferred method. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. Knowing I can positively impact a child's life and offer peace of mind to their family is what I find most rewarding.
