I am a physically fit male caregiver, living and residing in Northern California over the last 15 years. I have worked extensively in Sonoma, Napa and Marin counties including stints in Reno, Nevada. I've worked and assisted many clients over the years with various needs and conditions requiring assistance. I am a very trustworthy, loyal, dedicated hard worker and apart from caregiving I enjoy working out at the gym in my free time to keep fit and healthy for myself and the people I work for. I am also a personal trainer, which helps me a lot with helping clients who have mobility issues. I love to cook my own food and I believe I am a good cook.
