About Rayssa

Hello! My name is Rayssa, and I'm a caring and responsible caregiver with hands-on experience working as a Teacher Assistant supporting children on the autism spectrum. During my time in the classroom, I worked alongside teachers to help children with emotional regulation, communication, and building independence through structured routines and sensory-friendly activities. That experience taught me how to be patient, flexible, and fully present with each child meeting them where they are and celebrating their progress every step of the way. Now, I'm looking to bring that same care and dedication into a home setting. Families often describe me as calm, dependable, and gentle. I genuinely enjoy working with children and feel honored to be part of their growth.
