Rebecca is thoughtful and calm in caring for children. She is reliable, engages with children, and takes initiative without being overbearing. I completely trust her with our children and also very much enjoy her company (for a period of time, Rebecca helped in the evenings while I was solo parenting, and it was important for me to have someone whom I not only felt comfortable being around in the house but also enjoyed being around!).
