Rebecca came and sat with our 9 year old and toddler in our hotel room so that the wife and I could have a date night. She was very friendly, arrived on time, and sent us an update during the night on the kids without us even having to ask for one. To be honest, the wife and I were both a bit worried about leaving our children in a hotel with a stranger, but meeting Rebecca eased our minds significantly and we are definitely happy to have come across her.
