With a decade dedicated to enriching the lives of adults and seniors, I'm deeply committed to their well-being and independence. My experiences in previous care roles have only fueled this passion. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I'm equipped to provide compassionate support. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and always follow their preferred method. I also provide transportation. CPR Training and First Aid Training are current. Supporting families by providing reliable care is important to me. I approach my work with compassion, empathy, and a detail-oriented mindset. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
