About Rebecca

Becky is an incredibly engaged, caring, thoughtful, trustworthy and dependable caretaker. She has cared for our 22 month old daughter for nearly 12 months now. She spends only quality time with her, much of it outdoors, and engages in her sense of curiosity and wonder. She initiates creative art projects, takes her on walks, reads with her, makes healthy snacks and is constantly in conversation with her so that she can learn about all that she is experiencing in her environment. My daughter has learned quickly with Becky, and began speaking in multi-word sentences before she was 18 months. Becky provides guidance with kindness that is empowering and respectful of the child's needs, emotional and developmental level. As a parent that raised my child with attachment parenting, I wanted the most intentional environment for her during the hours I had to attend to other work. Becky provided us with wonderful care for our daughter, a sense of security that she understood and respected our parenting preferences, and a loving and joyful presence for my daughter. I would highly recommend her to other parents, and we would continue working with her indefinitely if we were not moving out of the area.
