I bring a positive, cheerful attitude to every visit and focus on creating a safe and supportive environment. My background in nutrition helps me prepare healthy, delicious meals, and my personal training education allows me to help seniors stay active and enjoy movement safely within their abilities. I'm happy to assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders. I also believe good communication with families is very important and always provide updates in whatever way works best for you.
