We met her for the first time, and from the very beginning she made a wonderful impression. She is incredibly polite, thoughtful, and attentive. Before we even met, she took the time to ask detailed questions about our daughter’s routine, preferences, and needs, which immediately made us feel at ease. While we were away, she played with our daughter (she keeps telling us how good she played with Miss Rebekah), cared for her with genuine kindness, and was clearly fully present and engaged the entire time. It was obvious that she truly cares about children and takes her responsibility seriously. We felt completely comfortable leaving our daughter with her, and that peace of mind means everything to us as parents.
