About Rebekah

I had the pleasure of working with Rebekah for pet sitting services for our pup, Tinker. From the very beginning, she was prompt, professional, and friendly in her communication. We corresponded a couple of times prior to meeting at a park, and Tinker warmed right up to her, which immediately put me at ease. We scheduled the timeframe for pet sitting, drop-off, and pick-up, and everything went exactly according to plan. The drop-off day happened to coincide with a major snow front moving through the Collinsville/Belleville area, but Rebekah’s service and demeanor were completely unaffected—she remained calm, reliable, and reassuring. She provided me with an application form to capture important information about Tinker’s care, and she took the time to reassure me about communication and her approach. I felt confident leaving Tinker in her care while I was out of town, knowing he would be well looked after. Overall, Rebekah exceeded my expectations. Her professionalism, warmth, and reliability made the entire experience stress-free.
