Taking care of children has always been one of my favorite times spent. I love being with my nieces (including night sits with newborn twins) & have nannied little cousins since I was a teen. Working at both elementary & middle schools with behavior/special needs students, has definitely stretched me & given me patience and amazing experience. For the last couple years, I took care of a toddler until he started preschool. I've had the privilege of serving as a foster parent locally. And also love visiting remote villages and impacting the lives of unreached children. I love spending time with children & teens in my church. I recognize what a serious responsibility it is to set a good example for the younger generations. It is incredibly rewarding to witness the positive impact I have had on many of them already.

Becky cared for our son for two years, from 1-3 years old until we chose to enroll him in Preschool. She was such a blessing to our house!! Our son absolutely loved her, and he tends to be shy towards non-family members. Becky was always prompt and communicative. She rarely (or never?) took any last-minute unexpected time off. She was always receptive to feedback, although we didn't have much because she asked a lot of questions to make sure we were on the same page. She helped with things around the house, which took such a weight off me since I work from home full time. Those two years my son spent with Becky will be such a special time in his childhood...going on outings and having playdates with so many friends. Becky's patience and caring nature makes her absolutely perfect for nannying!!
