Hired Reem over the summer 2020 to help care for my 6 year old and 6 month old. Punctuality was half and half (sometimes arrived on-time and sometimes late with same-day notice). She was very attentive to the baby but did not interact much with my oldest (which I guess was okay since he's pretty self-sufficient). She did take them out for a walk around the block daily weather-permitting which was nice. Reem however, resigned her duties the day before she was to work again leaving us to search for childcare abruptly which I viewed as very unprofessional.
