We will definitely hire Reema again! She was a good communicator from the get-go and throughout the time of care. She was very punctual and upon arrival at our home she asked good questions that made me feel like she cared about the wellbeing of my children and understood what was expected of her (e.g. screen time for kids!). She was very friendly and sweet. She watched my kids for a multi-day stay and the kids got on the bus on time, to their activities, etc. When we arrived home after our trip the kids said they loved her and she was the best ever!
