Renata has been amazing since her first day in our home. We hired her to help out with the boys while mom was out of town for a couple of weeks, and now she is our go-to sitter! She has had no problems accommodating my crazy work schedule. Renata always arrives early with a good attitude and jumps right into nanny mode as soon as she walks in. She remains engaged with the boys the entire time, whether through games, arts/crafts, reading, playing, etc. After having several sitters who just allow the TV/iPads to entertain the kids, it's awesome coming home and seeing her actually interacting with the kiddos. It's also comforting seeing how excited the kids are to spend the day with her. Bonus: she does dishes and will send pics/updates without having to request. I hope she does not get taken from us permanently, but I honestly believe she could help any family in need of a loving care-giving! 10/10 would recommend!
