About Renata

Hi! I'm Renata - originally from Brazil, now living in San Jose. I have a degree in Philosophy, but my heart found its place working with kids. I've been a daycare assistant and also care for little ones from different families, including a curious and energetic 1. 5-year-old girl , her fun 4-year-old brother, and a sweet and creative 6-year-old girl. Spending time with children is something I truly enjoy. I love playing, reading stories, doing crafts, or just being fully present with them. I believe in gentle care, building trust, and always treating each child as the unique little person they are. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently, which helps me connect with many families in the community. I'm currently available some mornings and occasionally on weekends - happy to help whenever you need an extra pair of hands (and a warm heart!).
