About Renee

I have extensive experience caring for children through both professional and personal roles. While working at Santa's Tree Farm, I was responsible for leading and supervising school field trips, ensuring the safety and engagement of children of all ages. This included guiding large groups, assisting with activities, and maintaining a fun and safe environment. Beyond my job, I have also cared for my younger cousin throughout my life, gaining hands-on experience with daily routines, play, and responsibility. These experiences have strengthened my patience, communication, and leadership skills, while giving me the ability to connect with kids of different ages.
