Rhiannon always showed up on time and stayed when we needed her too. She also made sure we had a clean home to come home too. However, we noticed that she did not prioritize our daughter and engage in play with her. We found that the TV was on a lot as a distraction technique. My daughter was also left alone on things that she could fall off of, so safety was a concern as well. All were addressed and brought to her attention, which led to her quitting.
