About Rhoda

The chance to support adults and seniors' well-being drew me to caregiving. My eight years in this field have been incredibly rewarding. I am a patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented caregiver. I strive to create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I also de-escalate stressful situations. I incorporate memory care activities into care. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with personal care, and do light housekeeping. I also prepare meals and provide mobility assistance. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I have some college experience and willing to get any required certifications. Knowing I can make a positive difference in someone's life is why I love this work.
