Rhonda has worked with my 102-year-old mom for two years. I love the way she engages her in conversation. Mom is memory- and hearing- impaired, and Rhonda does a terrific job of asking her thoughtful questions that are not intrusive but gives Mom a chance to talk about her good memories. She encourages her in games that she plays and is always willing to help around the house. Mom does not like to take showers or get her hair washed. The first time Rhonda assisted with Mom's bath, Mom was in and out of the shower, job done. I was shocked. She is great with Mom. I am moving Mom to another stated, so I have to let Rhonda go onto other people. If Mom comes back, Rhonda will be right back with Mom. I cannot say enough good things about her; she is cheerful, helpful and just a pleasure to have around.
