About Rhonda

We have had the incredible privilege of having Rhonda as a nanny for our newborn daughter for nearly a year, a minimum of two days each week. Rhonda is a true specialist in newborn and infant care, and her support during this time was nothing short of invaluable. From the very beginning, Rhonda brought deep expertise and insight to our household. She guided us through everything from establishing schedules and sleep training to supporting childhood development, always with thoughtful, respectful recommendations. Over time, we came to trust her advice so completely that if Rhonda suggested something, we knew it was worth serious consideration. Her wisdom and experience were a tremendous source of comfort and confidence for us as new parents. Rhonda’s demeanor is wonderful—warm, friendly, and extraordinarily trustworthy. She goes above and beyond in every way imaginable. Not only did she help with extra household tasks like emptying the dishwasher and folding laundry, but she often surprised us with thoughtful gestures: deep-cleaning our stove completely unprompted, bringing educational toys, introducing new foods, and even providing bottles, bibs, and sleep sacks she personally recommended. Her care extended far beyond the basics, and she consistently showed her dedication to both our child and our family. Most importantly, Rhonda gives children her full, undivided attention. She is fully present, never distracted, and always interactive. Our daughter absolutely adores her—her face lights up the moment Rhonda walks through the door. She eagerly crawls across the room to greet her with hugs and squeals of “RA-RA!” (her sweet nickname for Rhonda). The bond they developed was beautiful to witness, and the laughter and joy that filled our home whenever Rhonda was around spoke volumes. When I worked from home, I would often hear nonstop giggles coming from the living room. Our home always felt calmer, brighter, and more joyful when Rhonda was there, and by the time she left, everything was in order. She also cared for our daughter overnight on several occasions, giving us peace of mind during evenings out, and she handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Rhonda is not just a nanny—she is a consummate professional, a true expert in early development, and someone who took genuine personal interest in our family. We cannot imagine a better caregiver, and any family would be beyond lucky to have her.
