Hi, my name is Rhonda with over 30 years of dedicated experience in the medical field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands on expertise in providing compassionate, high quality care to patients with diverse and complex needs. My background includes extensive experience working in both hospital settings and private duty care, where I have had privilege of supporting patients requiring total care, including those with tracheostomies( trach care), dementia, Alzheimer's and ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). Throughout my career, I have maintained a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for my patients through attentive care, effective communication, and ongoing support. I am deeply passionate about helping those in need. Being a caregiver to me is not just a job for me, it's a passion that I have for the people I'm caring for.
