About Rhonda

If I could rate Rhonda higher than five stars I would as five stars just doesn’t adequately convey how much Rhonda has help my family. Let me explain. Rhonda has been a god send for our family.  She has become an extension of our family and genuinely loves my parents.  I could not recommend anyone more highly.   Background - Rhonda began working for us a few years ago as a driver for my parents after my dad lost his ability to drive due to macular degeneration.  Once my mom entered memory care, Rhonda began driving my dad to the memory care facility several days per week.  She also takes my dad to doctor’s appointments and shopping (accompanying him in the stores).  She has also taken on tasks inside the house, including changing sheets on my dad’s bed and doing other chores.  Most recently, she has begun full grocery shopping for my dad as he is unable to walk the stores any longer.    Rhonda has gotten to know both of my parents very well.  My dad can be quite difficult to deal with and is generally not trusting, but Rhonda’s gentle and kind demeanor has enabled her to build a strong relationship with my dad.  My dad trusts her implicitly (as if she were family).  She treats my parents as if they were her own family.   I live 2,000 miles from my parents.  I would not recommend anyone be in my position – living so far away from aging and declining parents (my father refused to move near family despite years and years or pleading with him that they would eventually be in the position they are now in).  Now they are too old to relocate.  Rhonda makes this process as easy for me as it can be.  Rhonda will contact me following most visits to let me know how they are doing.  She sends pictures and videos so I can see them.  She notifies me of any issues she sees.  I could not ask for a better caregiver for my parents.  She is a genuinely kind person.    If you are in need of the various services Rhonda provides, look no further.  You will not find anyone better or nicer.  
Rhonda is now a friend – not a hired help.  I am confident I will maintain a relationship with her once my parents are gone.    Rhonda thank you for all you have done and continue to do!
