About Robin
Experience: 10 yrs
I have been a certified occupational therapy assistant for almost 20 years. My experience has been primarily in skilled nursing facilities, providing rehab to adults after illness or injury. I have had patients with diagnoses from dementia, Parkinson's, CVA, TIA, pneumonia, joint replacements, fractures, COPD, cardiac issues and multiple others. There is nothing more rewarding than working with seniors. Every day I get to learn a little history from people who lived it, and provide a little bit of care that brings a huge smile to their faces. In geriatrics, it takes so very little to please people. It just makes you want to do more and more for them. Geriatrics is my passion, and I can no longer work as a COTA in in patient rehab; this seems like a great alternative to continue in the field that I love.

Where do I start? Her training knowledge and experience go way beyond expectations. She and her team gave loving care to my wife who had Alzheimer's dementia until she passed. They were tremendous support, during a very difficult time.
