About Rocio

My name is Rocio, and I bring over 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to preteens. I've provided overnight care for infants, helped raise two boys who are now 10 and 12, and also raised three daughters of my own-my youngest is currently attending Amherst College. I began my caregiving journey as an au pair in New York City, where I cared for two young girls (ages 2 and 5). After that, I worked for several years as a Spanish teacher in Westchester County school districts, combining my love for language and education. I'm fluent in Spanish and enjoy incorporating it into my work with children through games, conversation, and everyday routines. I understand the importance of creating a safe, calm, and nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. I'm dependable, patient, and always happy to help with homework, projects, and daily routines. Supporting families in meaningful ways is truly my passion.
