I am passionate about supporting adults' and seniors' well-being and independence. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me.
