About Rolanda

Our family has had a dog and a cat for 20 years now. Our first family dog was a golden retriever when we lived in Italy. My youngest daughter had a therapy dog, Bichon Frise, talk about an intelligent, energetic and empathetic working dog. Leo was retired with an older couple when we moved to the US. (They loved how well he was trained while being affectionate and empathetic. Our daughter Lea and I poured So Much Time into training and loving him.) flat coated retriever, was a life-guard trained by me (a former life-guard), who worked with my husband at a couple of lakes in Italy. I was busy with our daughters, who did absolutely help with the agility training to prep F for in water and rescue training. F moved with us to Michigan, then Denver. Now we have Pesca an English Cream Retriever, and fostered an aggressively affectionate cat, Mittens, which was quite an experience. I have never known of a more affectionate, people person cat in my life!
