About Roman

We’ve had the privilege of having Roman care for my father, who is almost 80 and living with Frontal Temporal Lobe Dementia, for the past year. She is the best caregiver we have ever had. Her gentle nature and graceful presence put my dad at ease, and she is always attentive to his needs without ever needing reminders. She has been completely reliable—never once late or calling in sick—and consistently brings positive energy into our home. I always felt at peace knowing my dad was in her care. She treats him with dignity, patience, and kindness, which has made a tremendous difference in his quality of life. I trust her completely with my most valuable possession—my dad—and would rehire her in a heartbeat. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her.
