About Ronda

Hello! I am CPR certified, hold my CNA license, and am currently pursuing my nursing degree. I have a strong passion for caring for others and find fulfillment in making a positive difference in people's lives, whether through daily activities or comfort and support. My personality is funny, detail-oriented, and empathetic. I first started caring for seniors 7 years ago while helping my dad, a military veteran who faced health challenges, and that experience inspired me to pursue caregiving as a career. Since then, I've worked as a CNA, assisting with daily needs and providing compassionate, hands-on care. I'm looking for a job where I can continue to grow in healthcare, especially in senior care, while learning skills that support my nursing career. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, hiking, trying new foods, painting, and spending time with friends. My key skills include empathy, communication, and helping with ADLs while maintaining dignity.
