Hello, my name is Ronisha . I'm a 36-year-old mother of four boy's. I was born and raised right here in indianapolis, IN. Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me as a caregiver. With over six years of experience, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to providing compassionate care. I offer personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and specialized support for those with dementia. My approach is patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid.
