I'm recently retired after 25 years of teaching 2-4th grades. I'm a mom/stepmom of 5 kids ages 17-26 and a host mom to foreign exchange students. I have taught yoga to kids ages 5-12 and coached soccer for ages 4-9. I also supervise a group of exchange students during the school year. Prior to my 25 years of teaching, I nannied full time all through college. I'm an active 51-year-old and still have a lot of energy & love for kids. Right now, I'm looking for a weekly job on Mondays only. I love being active and am up for walks, parks, crafts, baking, open play, and outings. My own babies are grown and I miss the fun! I'd love to do outings with the kids as well (library, parks, etc). I'm a great balance of structure and fun! Two of my own children are ADHD and I know the importance of clear expectations and routines just as much as free play, and silliness.
