I have many years of senior home health experience and during the time I cared for the elderly I also cared for the pets they owned. I pet sat and took the pets to the vet. I cared for the pets in my own home when clients traveled. I fed the pets and administered any medications that they needed. I have owned many pets throughout my life and currently have two Australian Shepherds. I love all types of animals. When I was a young child my grandparents had a pet squirrel monkey that they rescued. It was my first experience with animals and it was important to them for me to grow up knowing how to treat and care for animals.
