About Rosana

As a childcare provider with 25 years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My prior babysitting roles, for which I have excellent references, allowed me to gain hands-on experience and reinforced my desire to support families by providing reliable care. I am a patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable individual. My approach to communicating with parents involves following their preferred method of communication and ensuring they are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I have taken coursework in Early Child Development to enhance my skills and knowledge.
