I have 25 years experience as a home health aide. I specialize in memory/dementia care. Currently I am looking for 8-16 hours a week but an overnight shift, preferably Friday or Saturday evening. I work a full time day job Monday-Friday and looking to supplement my income. I am comfortable helping with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, wound care. I have had some experience using a lift. Comfortable with wheelchair transfers. After caring for and arranging care for my own mother in her final years I understand the importance of a dependable, caring individual who values respect and dignity.

I cannot say enough about Rosanna. She is kind, compassionate, responsible, and follows directions to the letter. She was a part of a team I used to help with my dad. She came for an interview and meeting and my dad got sick just before she was leaving. She jumped in hands on, rotating suction, cleaning up and trying to help my dad get past the bug he had. I was terrified but we all had to keep focused. This sweet sweet woman stayed until late into the night as we all rotated, the previous shift, the new shift, her and me. She worked from then on with our family until my dad passed. She is calm, and has a spiritual essence about her. I could feel it and so could my dad, he lit up when she came in for her shift. It is extremely hard to find her qualities, and I know she will do for your family as she has done for ours. If you need more of a reference I'd be happy to give one.
