About Rose

Hi there, My name is Rose, and I have been tutoring since 2016! My experience includes both private tutoring and employment in a university tutoring center. I've spent the past four years as a full time data science instructor for researchers at CHOP, and in the fall will be returning to school to obtain a PhD in psychology. I am comfortable tutoring in Math at elementary levels through Precalculus, in English from elementary levels through high school, in general science courses for younger learners, and introductory level psychology. I have particular experience working with individuals with autism and ADHD, and am flexible in adapting my approaches to meet students where they are at! Beyond simply instructing in core academic concepts, I frequently help my students develop study skills, time management techniques, test anxiety coping skills, and other academic success strategies.
